The service and its operator

ProBizMate is operated by BG NAPPIES LIMITED, registered in Ireland, company number 470115. Our registered office is Ardcullen, Omeath, Co. Louth, A91 Y7WK, Ireland. Contact me@maebhcollins.com.

These terms describe use of the ProBizMate app at probizmate-app.pages.dev. The current service is an invitation-only business pilot. Your separately agreed service and commercial arrangements continue to apply; this page does not introduce a purchase, charge, minimum term or cancellation fee.

Your account

Use only the business workspace and records you are authorised to access. Keep invitations, private review links and sign-in details secure. Do not share an owner's account as a substitute for authorised access. Sign out on a shared device and tell us promptly if someone may have gained unauthorised access.

An existing diary account must be explicitly linked to an authorised ProBizMate owner membership before it can be used for sign-in. Being a user of the source system alone does not grant ProBizMate access.

Check before you act

You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information you enter and the instructions you give. Check dates, prices, recipients, wording and the record shown before saving a change, approving a review or approving a message. A job change can update the connected source record. An approved website review can become publicly visible.

Only supply content you are entitled to use and personal information you have a lawful reason to process. Avoid private customer information in public post copy. Do not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive reviews, unsolicited messaging, impersonation, unauthorised access or attempts to bypass its controls.

Current tools and limits

The app supports connected diary records and selected job/project changes, saved enquiry and quote views, website review moderation, and editable post packs. A post pack is private draft or approved copy for manual download and posting. Approval does not publish it to Facebook, Google or a website.

Available invoice records are not proof of a complete or reconciled account balance. The app currently has no Sage or QuickBooks connection, automated invoice chasing, or tax filing service. Keep using your established accounting records for those purposes.

The direct Meta WhatsApp connection is being prepared and is not active in the current pilot. Its intended reply workflow requires an explicit owner approval, a valid connection and the provider's messaging rules. It does not include automatic replies or out-of-window template campaigns. A feature marked as disconnected or pending must not be relied on as operating.

Connected platforms have their own permissions, terms and availability. A provider accepting a message is not proof that the recipient has read it. If an action's outcome is uncertain, check the source or provider before repeating it.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you supply. We use it to operate the requested service and carry out your authorised instructions. Our privacy notice explains the data involved and the difference between our account administration and records controlled by your business.

You can ask us to close access or assist with a data request at the contact address above. See data deletion instructions. Signing out or disconnecting a platform does not automatically erase business records.

Questions and changes

Contact us if a feature behaves unexpectedly or you need help with access. These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, with the revision date shown above. Any new commercial arrangements require separate agreement. Nothing on this page removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
